Test Requirements

1.  Knows and understands the theory of Kenpo.

2.  Exhibit proficiency in performing combination kicks, blocks, and strikes.

3.  Exhibit proficiency in performing and knowledge of all techniques on both sides.

4.  Exhibit proficiency in defending against weapons.

5.  Exhibit ability to perform Saber Set.

6.  Exhibit knowledge of application of all Forms learned.

7.  Ability to defend against multiple attackers with or without weapons.

8.  Write an 8-page Thesis (your choice of subject, but needs Sifu’s approval).

9.  Create a new Kata based on the “Laws of Kenpo” with 128 movements.

10.  Instruct one or more classes each month.
