Test Requirements

 

1.  Exhibit ability to perform basic combination kicks, blocks, and strikes.

2.  Exhibit ability to perform techniques against "combination attacks" on both sides.

3.  Exhibit ability to perform Short Form 2.

4.  Exhibit basic sparring ability.

5.  Exhibit introduction to falling and ground defense techniques.

6.  Exhibit improvement on past deficiencies.
